Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the resilience of PAUD HB teachers in West Pasaman Regency. find out what kind of resilience PAUD teachers have in West Pasaman. The research method uses a literature study where the researcher collects data and literature sources related to the topic of resilience studies and PAUD honorary teacher subjects through journals, books, documentation, and the internet. The results of this study indicate that PAUD HB Pasaman Barat early childhood education teachers have resilience abilities, namely each subject has its own way of controlling emotions that arise because of the problems experienced while being an early childhood educator (emotional regulation). The subject has the subject's ideals as a professional PAUD teacher (Self-Efficacy and Optimism). The subject also always tries to coordinate to avoid misunderstandings both with the students' guardians and with co-workers and students' guardians (harmonious relationships). Subjects have high motivation to further advance their institution for the better (impulse control and optimism).
